She stares into my eyes,
From behind a clear shield,
Tears glisten down her cheeks,
Anger she does wield.

The fights within ripped her apart,
As I stand here and watch,
The shield shows naught but emotion,
I let it run it's coarse.

She screams at me from behind the glass,
Causing it to shake,
A crack runs down the middle,
He control begins to quake.

She looked at me with glassy eyes,
She held so much pain,
She was to afraid to love,
Or ever love again.
