If you lived next door. would we drift apart, why can't friends stay the same, even if it means being so far apart, If you take the time to listen, take the time to feel, take the time to tell them who you are, and take the time to heal. From breakup to breakup, heartache to heartache, I'll be right here, your neighbor till the end, even if your a million houses down to road, i'll peddle my bike to make sure your not cold, If you just take the time to listen, take the time to feel, take the time to listen to yourself, maybe we will all heal. Becuase everyone needs a friend like you, who we know if you lived next door, we'd be at eachothers house everyday, and talking every night, the phone calls would be so long, but only seem so short. Becuase you know, i would miss my train to paridise for you, i would miss my true love just to make sure your ok, miss the last time i'll see my other friends face agian, just to tell you how i feel, if it would take a million miles, take a million tears, take me all the years of my life, just to make sure you know im here, I'd do it.
