Meridians Story Part 4

"Oomph!!." I said as I hit the wall hard. I picked myself up and onto a cloud, lightning for eyes, electricity running up down and throughout my body. I was mad. And I was about to explode. Jumping off my foundation of fluff, I glared at him, my eyes practically glowing. You know, it isn't wise to piss off a weather mage, especially one that has fire demons for ancestors; they pass down their bad tempers. Anywho, a deep growl erupted from my throat, a started for him, but got yanked back and fell into someone. I turned around, getting ready to bitch at whoever dare stop me on my rampage. "What the Hell do you think you are doing?" I spat before noticing who it was. InuYasha snuck up on me again, so apparently he was all right from being thrown into a wall.

"Calm down.. Stop fighting, there isn't any way you can win. I don't want to see you hurt, ok? Just chill." he said calmly. Though I could tell he was trying very hard not to be upset with me.

"You want me to chill, do you? Well, ok then, fine!!" I said grudgingly, upset he was worried about me and treating me like a little kid. Raising my arms into the air and outstretching them, I mumbled an incantation and snapped my fingers, creating a polar wind to breeze through the room and freezing everything and everyone. I walked over to the now frozen InuYasha, as I had stormed away from him, and looked him up and down. The crystal like glass had frozen his concerned features in place, and I realized he had meant what he said. Pointing my right index finger at his chest, a small flame spurted out and spread over him, thawing him out and unfreezing him. "Uh.. Hey.sorry bout the whole polar thing. I am just in a somewhat bad mood. Considering I was kidnapped and all.. Oi!!" I exclaimed after being pulled into a hug by him.

"I am so glad you are ok then!! Don't do that again! But. what do we do now? Youko is frozen along with everything else in the building, right?" he asked me. I nodded and looked around the room after pulling away. He reached out to me and put his hand on my shoulder. For a second I thought he was going to yank me back again. But this time he didn't. He walked forward and stood next to me, looking at me.

"Yes? What did I do now? I'm innocent, I swear!! . Well?" I asked him, looking up. He was like.. way taller than me. I am 5' 3" in height; he must be at least 5' 10" or 11"!! I thought, considering it for a few seconds. He just looked at me for a few seconds, then he grabbed my arm and we began to run out of the mansion type castle thing. Not even a minute after we had gotten out, a loud cry erupted from where we once stood. Apparently Youko wasn't frozen anymore. We just kept on running.
