Prologue: Terrorist Attack

Bogotá, Columbia,1201hours

Columbian time, 02.03.08

It's a beautiful mid day in Bogotá

with the temperatures climbing to

80°C. Very hot for this time of the

year. Children are playing football in

the street and other people are simply

walking the streets. Convoy made up

of three Mercedes' drives thought the

streets of Columbian capital. In one

of cars sits American Ambassador

Lane Walters who will meet the

Columbian Attorney General Garcia

Nunez to talk to him about a

conspiracy to overthrow Columbian

President Vergas in a military coup-

de-etat. Mr. Garcia wants this

meeting to take place immediately

with the US government and also

wants a total protection from the US

for his country from this possible

threat. US agrees to send their

representative, in form of Ambassador

Lane to meet him in Justice building

of Bogotá.

Three Mercedes cars turns to a tight

right turn in between two buildings.

Bogotá's streets are famous being

narrow and this one was not any

different. Lead Mercedes passes by

the apartment building and suddenly

chaos starts in that narrow street.

A man with a red mask over his face

appears on roof of the warehouse in

that narrow street, he is holding a

rocket propelled grenade, a Russian

launcher that is favored by terror

groups everywhere and this ambusher

fires RPG projectile at the car. RPG

rocket fired by roof gunner with its

white trail of smoke slams in the lead

car's front windshield. The explosion

is tremendous and hot shrapnel rips

though flash and bone. Orange flames

shoot from wrecked car and drivers of

the two remaining cars thought the

same thing.

It's an ambush.

The basic ambush is hitting lead car

and last car, thus causing total chaos

and one deadly car sandwich. Third

car backs up to avoid that same

situation in this case, but a RPG

gunner fires round with trailing smoke

that hits the car's rear windshield.

The explosion rips a Mercedes and its

occupants with ease. People inside

are cocked immediately and flames

shoot out the vehicle.

Two down cars in flames, and one to

go.

Dozen AK- 47 gunners appear on the

roof of warehouse and begun to press

triggers of their weapons. Steel rain

of 7.62 bullets hits the remaining car

and thus hitting everything inside of

the vehicle. Steady volume of fire

hitting the vehicle's windows, engine,

and the tires. Bullets cut through the

car's light steel like a knife through

butter. Bullets find the human

victim's flash and bone like a homing

missiles to the heat and human cries

are heard inside. Lane Walters and

her security detail are filled with

bullets, like the Swiss cheeses.

Stench of the death and cordite smoke

is smelled by sensitive noses of

killers.

"Kill team leader to HQ", leader of

ambush team speaks in his satellite

phone, "we are done here."

"Very well done, Sergeant Lopes",

El Diablo responds, "Get ready for

Phase 2"

"Roger, El Diablo" Sergeant Lopes

says.

Sergeant Lopes puts his satellite

phone in his pouch and orders his

team to move out to next location.

They leave in speedy manner from the

ambush location.

White House, Washington D.C,

02.04.08,0800hours eastern time

President Ian Walker sits in the

Oval Office and watches

developments to a huge story on TV,

an ambush of Ambassador's three car

convoy and death of the Ambassador

Lane Walters by an unknown terror

group. President Walker is an exactly

one month and four days in the Oval

Office. He is a first African-American

President that is same time member

of Independent party, and member of

NRA in history of USA and he

served in Special Forces in Vietnam

and retired at end of the war. He is

6"0 and 210lbs African-American

man with smooth shaven

face and bold head. Grey suit and

blue tie fits him like glove and he is born in

born in Harlem, New York City.

There is knocking at his door.

His secretary Judy comes out and

says, "People that you are expecting

are here."

President is surprised that he sees

only three members of Chief of Staff

enter the Oval Office. First man,

General Harold Mayes, Chief of

Defense Intelligence Agency.

Harold's army uniform has many

medals and ribbons running what

seems like forever. Second man is

Admiral Greg Williams, NSA chief

and his uniform has a Trident, a

symbol that Navy SEALS graduates

get. Third is CIA director, Thomas

"Bill Bob" Rayne who is an old

southern boy. Both military personal

wore military uniforms and the last

one wore a three piece suite. All of

them had their hands behind their

back for respect to president, while

they stand.

"What group is responsible for killing

those people?" asked President

Walker.

CIA director answers "We thing we

know who is responsible for this

attack. It's Communist Armed Forces

of Columbia (CAFC), Narco terrorist

group that believes in Communist

way of life."

"Who is their leader and what do we

know about him?" President Walker

asks.

"He is Hector Dias", says Williams,

"Hector is a very ruthless man and his

people are very loyal followers. His

criminal record stretches from his

boyhood age of 12 and he killed many

people perfectly. He is now leader of

the group and owner of the biggest

drug smuggling operation in the

world. He runs CAFC like a

dictatorship and his main income is

drugs. He is very frantically

communist and believer in Stalin

regime way."

"How do we beat the Hector and

CAFC?" President Walker questions.

"We use Special Ops for this mission

Mr. President" says Harold, DIA

chief, "In form of Joint Task Force ,

like the task force who hunted down

Osama and Hussein. These recruits

will be veterans of Special Ops and

they will be taken from Navy SEALS,

Green Berets, Delta Force, Rangers,

and Force Recon.

"Explain further General", asks

President Ian.

General answers, "This unit is small

and versatile unit that will fight this

group and future opponents of USA.

We need this unit to be our teeth and

claws of this country. I believe that I

have eight suitable recruits for this

unit. All eight of them are from four

major Special Forces of USA. We are

Codenaming this unit the Eagle

Force."

"Excellent, General Harold", says

President Walker, "You are the

commander of this unit, General and

Thomas and Greg are responsible for

intelligence and planning. I want you

three to do your intelligence on the

group and recruit and train all eight

commandos for operation phase. I

will sign direct action on this satiation

to take down this man and his

organization. I will give you full

support on this operation. You can

go now."

All three members of Chief of staff

leave the President alone and he

looks through the window and sees

blue, white, and red flag of United

States of America. He thought of

Shakespeare quote that is a truth

today and will be truth many years to

come. Its famous in one of his plays,

and its Julius Caesar .
