Chapter 1: Spies, and Bad Guys

CIA HQ, Langley, Virginia, 02.04.08,

1000hours eastern time

Thomas "Billy Bob" Rayne, CIA

Director sits in his limousine that is

going to CIA Headquarters in

Langley, Virginia. He is a southern

overweight gentleman who is 6'2"

and 230lbs and he is wearing his

black three piece suite like a

businessman. Thomas has been in the

president's briefing, two hours ago,

about ambush in Columbia. General

Harold, DIA chief, proposed that a

special ops unit from Joint Task Force

is to be used to take down Hector and

his people. NSA director, Admiral

Williams, will listen to Hectors

conversations for additional

intelligence.

CIA Director Rayne got his nickname

from his uncle named Billy Bob in

Alabama where he grew up. He is an

agent of old OSS that is lead by "Wild

Bill", the first ever director of Central

Intelligence Agency, at the end of

WWII and continues to be agent for

new CIA to fight the Cold War. In

1960s, he got stationed in West Berlin

to spy on the Russians. His carrier

stretches through the end of WWII to

now. He became the director of CIA

because of hard work as a CIA agent.

Director's limousine passes the main

gate with heavily armed security

personnel manning the posts. His

limousine stops at the entrance of HQ

of the Central Intelligence Agency.

Thomas goes through the security

checks and steps on emblem on the

floor of the CIA building. He watches

with great sadness the stars of the

fallen CIA agents. He goes to his

office and sits on his chair. Phone

rings on his desk and Thomas picks

up the phone.

NSA chief Williams says, "hey Billy

Bob, how is agency doing on your

part of this operation?"

"Good, Admiral Williams", Thomas

answers, "I will send my two best

agents to get intelligence on Hector's

drug smuggling ring and Communists

terror group in Columbia."

"Okay, Billy Bob", answers Admiral.

They finished their conversation on

the phone. Thomas chuckled at the

thought that inter agency rivalry

would show ugly head in this

operation. He takes out his cigar and

begins to smoke it. His intercom

beeps and his secretary announces the

arrival of his best agents in his office.

His agents come in his office and

there is one woman and one man.

First agent is a woman and her name

is Sunni Lee, the Korean born

American citizen. Sunni is 5'8" and

103lbs Korean-American agent with

long black hair and very oval face.

She is wearing a blouse and a black

knee length skirt. Her beauty could

put any man to his knees and any

woman would compete with her. She

has karate and judo black belts and

knows six foreign languages. Second

agent is an Irish-American male and

his name is George O'Keefe. He has

black hair and blue eyes. He is a 6'2"

and 218lbs and wearing a gray suite

and tie. He is a smart and very

confident man, and stubborn due to

his Irish blood. Both agents finished

their training in Langley's training

center and are ready for field

assignment. Director Thomas thought

that two agents were ready for the

tough assignment in Columbia.

Thomas says, "you did a great job on

training and now you are finally ready

for field work."

"Yes sir", both agents respond at the

same time.

"Your assignment is to gather

intelligence on a man named Hector

Dias, known as El Diablo, in

Columbia. You will have embassy

contacts to work with and NSA agents

will help you on this matter. Do not

trust anybody in Columbian

government because they are

probably corrupt or clueless,

understood. You are flying to Bogotá

today and you will meet our CIA

contact there and he will give you a

full briefing on this assignment.

Everything clear, you two", says

Thomas.

"Yes sir", both CIA agents respond.

"Dismissed", says director.

Sunni and George leave for their first

field assignment and director Billy

Bob thinks about very simple times

before 9-11 massacre and four

different wars after it to beat Al-

Quada terrorist group and kill their

leader, Osama Bin Laden.

El Diablo's Hacienda, Medellín,

Columbia, 02.04.08, 1240hours

Columbian time

Large house on mountain of

Columbia, overlooking the city of

Medellin, belongs to most ruthless

man in Columbia, since Escobar, a

ruthless drug kingpin killed by

Columbian military with insistence of

America. This hacienda is guarded by

private defense force paid by El

Diablo and armed with AKSUs as

their assault rifles and Makarovs as

their side arms. Rest of the Hacienda

is equipped with best weapons and

radar equipment that money can buy.

El Diablo's own security officer who

is in charge of security of his hacienda

is Santiago Morales, ex-Castro Secret

Service agent. His hacienda is huge

with its big garden, 17' pool in middle

of the house, and a scaling wall, 13'

tall, that surrounds the whole house.

At each side of the scaling wall a gun

tower is put with gunners manning

RPDs machine guns and RPGs for

protection of attack from air or land

and thus making hacienda an

impervious fortress.

At the pool side, sits most ruthless

man of Columbia and man who

assassinated American ambassador

Hector Dias, El Diablo. Hector is an

opposing figure with athletic body

and he is a 6'3" and 250lbs with black

hair, blue eyes, and a mustache.

Hector was a communist enforcer in

Havana and began to be ruthless thug

and killer from his childhood. He

immigrated from Cuba to Columbia

because Castro was a victim of

assassination in 2007 by Anti-Castro

assassin who shot him in rally and

then the shooter was killed by a firing

squad. As a result the old communist

views were began to be thing of the

past and the country changed. Hector

became a drug kingpin in Columbia

and formed the Communist army of

Columbia and his group now bomb

targets in Colombia. He became the

leader of the terror group and his anti

American views are extreme because

of US marines in Cuba now doing

police action in that country. He

makes plans to overthrow Columbian

President form power in his country,

in another words it will be coup-de-

etat.

He sits in his swim trunks at the pool

side in his fortress and watches a very

beautiful green rain forest that

surrounds his hacienda. Two men

with a man from clergy come from

the entrance of the house. These two

men armed with Uzi submachine guns

across their shoulders. The clergy

man is an overweight priest with

traditional black outfit with a white

collar worn by priests everywhere.

Man's name is Adam Lipton, an

American citizen serving in the

Medellìn's monastery. Hector's men

bring the American priest to pool side

where El Diablo is sitting. Priest

Adam watches with freight El Diablo

get up from his luxury chair at the

poolside in the mansion. He knows of

his ruthless reputation and his fields

of drugs around the city.

Hector says, "How are you doing

Priest Adam?"

"Good", Adam asks, "but I am here to

ask you to____? "

Hector shushes the overweight priest.

"I know why you are here", answers

Dias, "because I have contacts

everywhere who could tell me

everything about your concerns of

me."

El Diablo walks to the baseball bat

collection near the pool that he

brought from local bat maker in

Havana. He takes one bat from the

collection and takes two practice

swing with his bat.

"I am a big fan of baseball. I played

baseball as a little kid in Havana as

first baseman", Hector says, "First

time I killed a man, I used a baseball

bat to kill him. I enjoyed killing him.

You like baseball, Priest Lipton?"

Priest Adam's face turns white from

fear after Hectors statement. He

realizes what means to see first hand a

true evil man in the form of Hector

Dias, El Diablo. He sees that Hector is

a very ruthless man without

compassion or mercy for another

person. His nickname is very fitting

because he is El Diablo, the devil.

"How could you enjoy the evil thing

like the murder of an innocent man,

Hector?", asks Priest Adam, "Y-You

are evil man, Hector Dias."

"Ha-ha, I am an evil man because I

enjoy what is natural to human beings

and that is murder", laughingly says

Hector, "I will also enjoy killing you,

priest and reason for me killing you is

that you are naive man and you don't

see future vision of Columbia. This

country needs a tough leader and I

will give them that and that leader is

me. Very simple concept and old as

time itself. Strong survive and weak

simply die. Priest, you are a weakling

and for that I will kill you. You

understand my evil now, priest?"

Shocked face of priest turns white

from fear and terror of El Diablo's

answer to him. Hector chuckles and

savagely swings his bat at Priest

Adam. His swing is perfect like a pro

baseball player and his follow through

is perfect. Bat's wood meets bone,

skin, and tissue of Priest's face with

violent force and, thus head violently

turns 180°. Neck snaps violently with

a sound of a wood breaking and the

priest falls down on the ground with a

thud. He watches with amusement of

his hit and swings one more time at

the priest's head. Bat connects again

with the head and priest becomes

unconscious. Hector swings third,

fourth, and fifth time at the motionless

man. After the fifth swing a priest is

dead and it's overkill. His head

deformed and brain tissue and gory

matter leaks out of his busted skull.

Dead priest's black uniform is now a

color red.

"That is good hit", Hector laughingly

says, "Take this garbage away, now."

"Yes Sir ", two men answer.

Two Hector's men drag the corpse

away. Hector watches gory blood of

the priest's brain on his baseball bat.

His cell phone rings.

" Hello, this is Hector", he answers

the phone.

"This is general. My troops are ready

and waiting for the death of

Columbian president", general says.

"Excellent work general on your part

because both of us will get what we

want", responds Hector, "General

Ortega, you will get to battle the

rebels your way and I will rule

Columbia and make this country a

Drug empire."

"What about Americans?" questions

General Ortega, "They will try to stop

us, Hector."

"They will try to stop us, but I have

plan to stop them cold, trust me on

this one general", Hector confidently

says.

"I do trust you but I am worried that

we underestimate our enemies, El

Diablo", says general.

Look of frustration is seen on Hectors

face because of general's worries

about their coup-de-etat of Columbian

president.

"We will not underestimate our

enemy, rather they will underestimate

us, understand me", says El Diablo.

"I understand you perfectly", answers general.

Hector turns off the cell phone and

sits down on a chair and begins to

imagine his perfect Columbia.

Unbeknownst to Hector and general

Ortega, US Satellite in space listens to

their conversation and transmits the

information to the NSA building in

Virginia. NSA technicians put the

conversation to Admiral and he gives

it to CIA and DIA. Big Brother sees

all and information is king.
