The Slayer

When the moon,
Has closed its silver eye,
At midnight's hour,
Comes the Slayer.
The Slayer of Light;
She comes, with the moonless shadows
Of darkness.
The eight Black Stars,
On whip and Lady,
Glinting with black lights,
Corrupting the minds of all awake.
So sleep,
In innocent Time,
Do not seek the Slayer of Light,
The Lady of the Timeless Void.
