Summer Paradise
My summer paradise
Is not some resort
Is not some beach
Is not some fancy camp
My summer paradise
Is looking out the window
And seeing boys and girls
All ages
Shrieking, laughing, dancing, playing
From dawn till dusk
Time doesn't matter
Who you are doesn't either
We just romp around all day
It fills me with gladness
In a world full of gray
On a clear, blue, hazy-hot day
To see something so pure
Forget the makeup, forget the stress
Just go out and have fun
My neighborhood is a little bubble
Of hope
