Poetry Anthology: The Memories of A Prince

In honor of national poetry month, I have decided to put together a poetry anthology. This is a collection of a great number of some of my best works, published and unpublished. It will include poems that I started writing years ago, which were simple and uncomplexed, to my more advanced and very intermediate detail. THE ROSE
A rose is the symbol of love and friendship
It dwells in the hearts of these who are lovers
Those born in June know that they descend from roses
The thorns represent bitter hearts in unloved beings
The petals are the symbols of ones’ tears in sadness
I love the rose because I love the contents
The contents of the rose is happiness and calmness
Roses are red and love is powerful
This poem is for all that are lovable
A Gemini is a rose and two makes a rosebush
Remember that when you are sad or depressed
That a rose will always love you if you love it
