Antithesis of Me
Author:
Matthew James Current PM
I really liked the title, it's just one of those things that popped into my head. I wish all of it could work as well as the first three lines but shrugs that's life. Let me know what you think, please.

Darkness and Light,
Blindness and Sight,
Wrongness and Right,

I fail myself,
I sin again,
I slip away into myself,

In the shadows of my soul lurks a stranger,
Quick to anger, quick to hate, silently I it berate,
It knows where my desires lie and knows the danger,

Yet it lingers in the depths of my soul,
It knows me well, knows my vices knows the pain that it entices,
And every now and then I give up control,

The other part of me knows the light,
It walks in goodness and does what's right,
Helping others and giving of myself,
Laying evil natures on a shelf,

They are seperate,
They are one,
The shifting of purpose is never done,

For I am myself.
