(A/N: Sunrise Tellin is the name of a seashell that is abundant in sand in
the beaches of the southeastern United States. The bands of color from the
bottom to the edges look a lot like a sunrise, thus its name.)

Sunrise Tellin

A seashell- a glint in the sand
Broken? Perhaps
But still reflecting the sunrise
In all its color and glory
Every ray, every streak
Of color rippling across the surface
Represents a new chance
Opportunities? Abundant
In the sands of beaches
Every morning the sunrise comes in the tide
A gem against the salty sea
Which can be so cold and bitter

Sunrise Tellin
Bringing new beginnings
With the new morning's tide
Show me the way in your light
