The Ethereal Dream

I saw that broken sword, glittering in the moonlight
I inhale deeply, my lungs fill with the bitter cold
I peer deep into the misty midnight
To see what else was to be seen in this land of old

I inhale deeply, my lungs fill with the bitter cold
My body becomes numb, just standing in the wind
To see what was to be seen in this land of old
And in the sweet silence, I grinned

My body becomes numb, just standing in the wind
I look around the rustic palace
And in the sweet silence, I grinned
Though it seemed a place of malice

I looked around the rustic palace
I peer deep into the misty midnight
Though it almost seemed a place of malice
I saw that broken sword, glittering in the moonlight
