What bad friends can't replace.

The lonliest man,
That lives on the streets,
Is happy he lives,
But one thing competes.

Lonliness is
A tough thing to beat,
It's fear we have,
It always competes.

Some make decisions
By lonliness rules,
But bad friends don't count,
Now you're a lonely, old fool.

I hope you understand this, it's basically saying that even if you have friends, if they aren't good ones you will still be lonely.
