Crying Angel
Author:
Steel Winged Angel PM
I dedicate this one to Matthew. It's a conclusion (in a sense) of my Winged Guardian poems. I wrote it during a very dark period of my life. Let me know what you think

Come now and see me,
No really look,
Don't blind yourself,
By scars and past events.
I'm different now,
I've changed.
A fog has lifted from my mind,
I feel I could take on the would,
Achieve my dreams.
My demons lay in pieces,
Killed by my strength and will,
While my Winged Guardian,
Applauds my gracious skill.
Cry not angel, solider, guardian,
I know you just wanted to help.
Your wings of dreams shielded me,
Your sword defeated evil,
Your shield kept out the night,
But in the end I am the one,
To choose the proper path.
You helped me more than,
Words or jeers.
To know you care and feel for me,
Will help me through,
My tears.
