Soft whispers, gentle laugher,
Float through the summer air,
Over me, through me,
Above me, below me.
A song only I can hear,
My tune, my melody.
I smile as I dance around,
Close my eyes, hear the sound.
Soft whispers, gentle laughter,
Spiral through my blowing hair,
Kissing me gently on my cheek.
This divine music, unheard by ignorant ears.
This melody, this rhythm,
I listen, listen to,
Voices of heaven's angels,
Tingling bells and calling birds.
I hear you, I hear you . . .
Soft whispers, gentle laugher.
