When you look into my eyes
Tell me what did you see
Could you see my love for you
The truth will set you free

When you held my hands
Tell me what did you feel
Could you feel the love I felt
Tell me if it's real

When you talked to me
Tell me what are the things you heard
Could you hear my honesty
Spoken with every word

When I finally walked away
Tell me did you cry
I've cried almost every night
Ever since we said goodbye
