A.N. This is a copy cat poem, it's kind of funny, and if anyone can tell me what that other word is I'll be much obliged.
Writing poems is a difficult task,
The author faces many troubles.
How to write a poem about a mask,
You'd think would be easy enough to ask,
But some words don't rhyme they cause troubles.
One word that does not rhyme is purple.
This word is a poets worst nightmare.
Poets tried to make rhyme of purple
Here's an example: purple-nurple.
But only the warped words would fare.
Another word that does not rhyme is orange.
I've heard this one is something to fear.
A bright and cheery summer set orange.
Unknowing brings false liking to orange,
This lurks in the authors mind, near.
There is another word I've heard
Which is one of the evil trio.
I can not recall it; though, that word,
But it irks me so, that word I heard,
Come back to me word and let me know!
"The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost
