This feeling I am feeling

Is more than I can take.

Sometimes I feel like crying;

Others I feel like smiling.

Keeping up with the pace

I am in God’s good grace.

But just one look, just one smile

Will last me for a long, long while.

Jumping up and down,

I don’t want to make you frown.

All I want is a word,

Just one tiny little word,

And that will last a lifetime.
