"He loves me, he loves me not"
Plucking off the petals of a dandelion
Sometimes they break
Or I pull two at a time
Until I finally lose count
And end up just as confused as before
When the flower had not been stripped of its answers.

Did you have to beckon me closer and then push me away?
Did you have to convince me of love and lead me astray?
Won't you give me an answer I can comprehend
Because the dandelions seem to always fail me.

And maybe I'm hurt, but maybe I'm not
Cause I don't even know where my heart is anymore.
Which is melancholy and which is bliss?
These emotions, I cannot tell which is which.

These dandelion petals, they blow with the wind
And I try to chase them for an answer.
But only one thing remains clear at the end of my pursuit-
I still love you.
