I remember a wall where we sat beside each other
Talking and laughing and joking around
Where all we needed was each other's company.

I remember the sunlight that danced upon your face
And I had never seen the sunlight
Look so beautiful before.

I remember a path by the side of the lawn
Where we walked back and and forth
As my heart was buoyant with bliss.

I remember a shade where we stopped for awhile
But the moment hadn't stopped
Being so wonderful.

I remember a smile that decorated your Apollonian face
And had been one on mine.
I don't know if it's gone or perhaps, it's just hiding.
But I certainly hope it will come back.
I certainly hope you will come back
Just as I remembered.
