Truthful Hope

I don not know why you love me,
But I hope that you never stop.
I fear that when you go away,
Your heart's great love will end.
You say this will not happen, but,
I know one statement rings true.
I can not tell the future and sadly
Neither can you. There are so many
Other ones who you could find
To love, But either way in the
End, I'm just happy that
You loved me so, even if for only
A short while.
