Today I look up at the sky,
and see the countless stars,
but instead of stars I clearly see,
all my inner scars.
From the time you left me,
to the times you lied,
I think about them once again,
the times in which I cried.
How can you say you understand,
my problems and my pain,
When I know all your attempts,
have truly been in vain.
My friends find you impulsive,
a liar and a fool,
for all your words of sympathy,
they still see you as cruel.
I thought you truly cared for me,
your heart was bound to mine,
but though you look with eyes that see,
to our problems you are blind.
Stop being like a child,
stop doing what you do,
my pain, my sorrow, my misery,
is there because of you.
