Two galaxies merging as one
Once bound to float amongst the universe
Brought together by fate
Or was it simply the shifting of the cosmos?
All secrets will someday be told
The depths of beyond showing us in a rainbow splash of color
A single comet making it's descend across the night sky
Someday making it's journey into the arms of the crisp, green grass below
Do we seek beyond what is the invisible?
Or do the invisible and beyond seek us?
Are we truly so far away from this unknown mystery?
Or is it closer to our grasps than it seems?
The shining beams from the moonlight seem to devour the sky's dark power
The slow, peaceful caress of the summer wind giving a silent song to Mother Earth
The planet in which we as humans call our home
The planet in which we have all taken for granted and abused
That in which is so beautiful
But sadly will not live on forever
Someday what we know as ours will no longer come to be
Swallowed up by the greed of it's children
This fragile gift from the gods only a memory
A tattered feather in the raging storm of Judgment Day
We must harvest this gift
Keep it close and scared to our hearts and our spirits
Treat it with the care and respect as those of our ancestors
Meet our sister galaxy with a smile and a warm embrace of hope
A shining light amongst this veil of darkness
Time is short
And the candle's flame is dying
Someday the beauty that we all gaze upon in awe will be gone
Torn and tarnished by those that once looked to it for guidance and wisdom
Only a shattered diamond
A lone, broken piece of the unfinished puzzle beyond our very existence
A crystal without it's rock
A clam without it's protective shell
We will someday pass along
Forever is not truly forever
Don't you want to leave something of beauty and value behind before it is too late?
Two galaxies merging as one
Once bound to float amongst the universe
Now brought together by fate
Or was it simply the shifting of the cosmos…?
