I Wish

I wish I was too sad to cry,
Too cold too freeze and too dead to die,
I wish I could run away,
But these steel chains confine me to stay,
In this loveless state of mind.

I wish I could leave you,
But the endless abuse leads to,
Bitter words and silence,
Everything ends up in violence,
In this hate intertwined.

I wish I was too happy to smile,
Too strong to hold on, too discouraged to be worthwhile,
I wish I could fly away,
But this prison is wonderful paradise everyday,
In this fate to which I'm bind.
