Teen Vamp. Chapter 1 "Savaria's Secret"

Savaria Detraz watched her boyfriend wolf down his garlic bread with a look of disgust. It wasn't that the school cafeteria's food was nasty (well, ok. Maybe it was nasty.), it was that Savaria just couldn't eat Garlic. She was, in a way, 'allergic' to it.
Savaria's boyfriend, Shadow Nexus, grinned at her. She smiled back at him, exposing a set of long fangs.
Most people in Wingroove High School isolated Savaria because of her appearance. She looked rather 'freakish' compared to every one else. It wasn't that she was ugly. In fact, Savaria Detraz was one of the most beautiful girl you have ever seen, if you overlooked her fangs, pale white skin, and her blood red eyes (Which she claims are really her red-colored contacts that do that.). Which is exactly what Shadow did, he overlooked all of those flaws and fell in love with Savaria soon after.
Shadow hated more than anything to see others neglect Savaria because of her looks. "It's not her fault," he thought to himself, "She only looks like that because of a disease that'd been passed down through her family."
If Savaria wasn't such a good liar, Shadow would know the real truth; Savaria was actually a creature of the night, a vampire. She had been forbidden to tell anyone this. Even her boyfriend. Savaria's best friend, Sylvia Prentice, had found out on her own, when she walked into Savaria's room one morning when her parents were gone, and discovered Savaria sleeping in a coffin.
Sylvia had been freaked out at first, but her devotion to her best friend kept her around. "Sylvia is a great Friend" Savaria thought to herself as she watched Shadow savagely rip apart his lunch. He looked more like a dog tearing apart a stuffed animal than a human eating lunch.
At that moment, a really strange Gothic -looking boy walked by. His name was Vector Abodox. He was definitely an outcast. He wore a silver cross necklace, dressed in a black over coat, and drank only Holy Water (from the waters of Eternal Springs).
Other students thought Vector to be crazy. He always raved on about vampires and other monsters, but mainly vampires. He seemed to be obsessed with the idea that Ozzy Osbourne and Michael Jackson were vampires. He was right about Michael Jackson, but no body cared about that. He continued to be obsessed with the idea that Ozzy was really a vampire, for Vector was a vampire hunter.
He tracked down and exposed real vampires, although he had never yet caught and exposed an actual vampire yet (except for Michael. But no body even gave that a second thought. They kind of already knew that. It was obvious!).
He has had a few times when he almost caught a real vampire, and he has also made a few fatal mistakes, forcing him to lie low for while.
After coming out of hiding a couple months ago, he became obsessed with the idea that Savaria Detraz was a vampire. He was 95 sure this time. Since he was still on probation from his last mistake, he had to be totally 100 sure this time.
Shadow looked at Savaria and noticed her shudder. "What's wrong baby?" he asked looking concerned.
"Nothing," Savaria lied, not taking her eyes off the cross around Vector's neck, "I'm just- cold."
She did not notice Shadow turn around and wince at the sight of the silver cross.
Savaria looked at her food and scowled, THIS was not what she was hungry for. She eyed Shadow's neck as her ate, those veins, those beautiful veins. she could just bite them so easily and began to- She shook her head to get rid of those images. She couldn't do it. Even though she was a vampire and needed to feed on blood, she wasn't supposed to feed off of another human being.
Savaria's little fantasy moment did not go unnoticed by Vector however. He glared at Savaria with a look of total loathing and distrust. The trouble was, Savaria wanted blood, actual human blood. She had gotten a taste of it only once before when Shadow cut his finger one time (She sucked on his finger.). Unfortunately, she could not get over this craving for human blood. Mere animal blood wouldn't satisfy her thirst for much longer.
She used a lot of will power and held herself back. If word ever got out amongst others that she was a vampire, it would mean danger.
Grave danger, to herself and her loved ones.
