For over the years people have betrayed me
When I fell, no one ever bothered to catch me

Author's Note: This is my 50th post here on . It's gives me a great feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment knowing this. I still remember the days when you could put original fiction and poetry on and how the site use to be so small. Since this is a special post, I'm going to include some small personal thoughts on this song; something I rarely do. ^^ Originally this use to be a poem and honestly, I though it was very bad. (not that it's any better now) It didn't feel like a poem to me. I felt the words I had put together to represent the rejection I've felt before were more suited for a song. So I wrote a chorus for it. The chorus is very simple and the song might not make much sense but I feel it represents the feelings I've felt and still feel sometimes. The inspiration for this song came from the line "I am hurting" from the song "Duvet", the opening for the anime Serial Experiments Lain sung by BoA. Thank you for reading this far and sorry about the long author's note. Feedback and constructive criticism is welcomed.
