The Other Side of Never

If I could have just one wish
It would be-to see you again.

It would be-"where have you been?"

I have waited for so long
If you were here today
I'm not sure what I'd do
Or what I'd say.

I do know I want to
Live the other side of never
Be with you and share your laughter
I want to see the sun rise and set
And I never want to forget
What we had.

I want us to watch the stars
Fall from the sky
But I never want to know the reason why
You left me.

If I could wish upon the moon

I'd be okay.

I know I'd be fine.

Share our tears, joys, and laughter
