Alone she stands
Hair waving in the wind
Eyes glistening in the sun
A new life within her

That life was created
Created by another person
Yet now abandoned
To the same fate of its mother

But still she stands firm
She stands alone
Yet with hope
And believe in the Lord

She was scorned
Cast away
All by a person
The creator of that life

But she is loved
Loved by her friends
Her family
Her daughter

Allison Jade is her name
A pretty girl she will be
Free from the constraints of life
Free from Him.

So now she stands alone
Surrounded by friends
By hope, by love
And awaits the rising sun
And that ever approaching future.
