Animegurl here! Hope you guys like this story. I've gotten it written down I just have to type it. My friends say it's really good, but that's up to you. Here's the summary:

Lori is a normal girl, going to Ocean view private school for girls. But, what happens when the schools of the elemental district decide to fuse? Lori's worried until she sets her mind to help her friends find love. But what if she's really the one being set up? The opportunity comes to finally set her plan to action, when Nick, one of the new students, ask her and her friends to come to his cousins plantation. One things for sure, this will be a spring break no one will forget!

(Intro)

I'm a weird child and I'll admit that, but weird in a good way. I love the rain. The smell, the damp feel after a storm. I adore the way that puddles sparkle like stars in the sunlight, and when a raindrop falls, how it looks like a crystal floating in the air.
I'm Lori. I'm 13 and in 8th grade. I go to school at Ocean View Private School for Girls. The other schools in the district are:

. Brooke Meadow for Girls
. Wind Crest for Boys
. EFWWA

Their names tell stories. Ocean View is on the side of a cliff, and off the cliff you can see the ocean. Fire Field is near a field, which constantly catches on fire. Brooke Meadow was built in a meadow and is near the brook. Wind Crest is a kind of complicated one. The wind there is awful. It is good at times though. It often spreads the smell of flowers from Brook Meadow but it can also spread fire from Fire Field. The minor or elementary schools are in between the major schools a.k.a. Ocean View, Fire Field, Brook Meadow, Wind Crest, and EFWWA. The schools are:

Most of them are near two different schools. Like Ocean Crest is near
ocean View and Wind Crest. When you're in the elementary boys and girls
are both there but there are two separate sides of the school. Ocean
Field is like that, but ocean Meadow is for girls only and so is Brook
View. Wind Field and Fire Crest are for boys only and the rest are for
either. EFWWA is for boys and girls and they have their own elementary,
middle school, high school, and collage. Also you have to pay a lot of
money to get in. It's a very expensive school. I wish that I could go
there but my parents say it's too much money. I don't know why my
brothers and sister went there. At least when they got to high school.
For elementary school my sister went to Brook View and I went to Ocean
Meadow, but my brothers went to Wind Field and Fire Crest. My Cousins on
my dad's side went to Fire Meadow, Fire View, Wind Meadow, and Wind View.
My cousins on my mom's side went to Brook Field, Brook Crest, Ocean
Field, and Ocean Crest. All of them are for either boys or girls. But
when they got my age my cousins got put in girls and boys only schools.
Dad's side went to Fire Field and Brook Meadow. My mom's side got Wind
Crest and Ocean View. So most of the most of the girls on my mom's side
go to my school. Heck, all of them do. So that's my crowd.
To give you an idea of my family my dad had two sisters and a brother.
My mom had two brothers and a sister. Each of my aunts and uncles had
four kids. So four times eight is thirty-two cousins total. My crowd is
my cousins on my mom's side. There are only eight of us including my
sister. Their names are:

Then there are my best friends, Lacey and Danna. Danna's the oldest.
Her B-day is in October. My B-day is in December. Lacey's is the
January after mine. You see she was born the month after me so that's
why she's younger than me. Usually we'll hang out at the mall or the
movies. Except when it rains. Lacey hates the rain because it ruins
her hair. Danna likes small showers but hates thunderstorms. They're
similar yet different from me. Neither of them have big families.
Lacey's an only child and Danna has an older brother. He's sixteen and
sometimes will just drop us off at the mall or the movies. He'll give
us some money to buy stuff or to watch a movie and tell us what time
he'll be back. If we're still there he'll either wait for us or try
and find us. If it's raining he'll sit in the car. Unlike Danna he
loves thunderstorms. He says it's good for ghost stories. He only
tells them to get on Danna's nerves. Lacey loves his ghost stories
because she loves him. I don't care for ghost stories all that much
but I'll listen. He usually tells stories about teachers disappearing
and going after their students. He always names them after his
teachers. Since he goes to a different school we don't know any of his
teachers but Danna's met them when they come over for parent teacher
conferences about his bad grades. We all usually make good grades.
Sometimes our teachers give hard assignments but we usually pull
through. Our teachers have weird names:

My teachers are nice but not as nice as Mrs. K. Mrs. K. is really Mrs. Katrina Kanina, But everyone calls her Mrs. K. Mrs. K. is our bus driver Everyone on my bus is a relative of mine except for Danna, Lacey, and Lacey's cousin. Lacey's cousin is named Trista. She's friends with the school snob, Marla. Marla Doesn't like the rain one bit. I used to be friends with her, but she was always worried about her hair or her nails. She has a huge house and says the top floor is all hers. Yeah right. No one believes her, not even Trista. Trista says that Marla's never invited her to her house. Ever. Neither Trista nor Marla like the rain. They say it feels too sticky afterwards. I don't care. I love everything about the rain. There's a song on the radio called "Rainy Days" It goes:
"Rainy Days

I can't remember the rest of it but that's okay. It's by Rose Pearl. She also wrote a book series called "Charm". Everyone reads it. If you don't read it you're a nobody. I don't read much. Usually those are the only books, besides textbooks, that I'll even look at. I'd rather write "My Perfect Life". It's a story I'm writing. Basically it has my views on everything. The main scene is me sitting in a bay window looking outside at the rain. It tells about what I wish my life were like. And about my secret crush.
