Peaeful rhythms ripple through
My mind's eye now askew
People's thoughts of one peaceful and wise
What would their thoughts be
If they knew the truth
That what they think of as wisdom
Is not the reality
The keeper simply but a fool.
Their thoughts run simply one way
For one to admit he is not wise
To not boast but tell what is real
Is to admit to experience
To be humble not boastful, arrogant, or pompous
To be these things of good
And not those of bad
Is to be wise
For experience is wisdom hard won
Lessons must be experienced
For one to be not boastful
But what lessons can one find to gain such wisdom hard won?
A person must pass rigorous tests
Strength, Dignity, Perseverance
One must suffer humiliation and shame
Despair, Depression, and Loss.
