Cut the skin
So porcelain
More tender then soft silk
Through the layers, hues of milk
Until the red blood flows
Hide it now, no one knows
How you would express your pain
Or how you really go insane
Now cut the veins
And now it's plain
As it flows every where
You wish you didn't care.
So carve the words
That tell what hurts
Along your arms and wrists
Robbed of all your bliss
Breath is lost
Oh, what it cost
Leave it all behind
The cruelty of your mind
It doesn't matter now.
