“Sorrow”

Cold hearted sorrow
My heart is found low
Hated my a feeling
Almost like it’s killing
Tearing at my insides
Feels like I can’t hide
Running to isolation
Trying to find a solution
Barricading my escape
Even if it’s all fake
Burned by crimson red
That my eyes have fed
The taste is bitter
My heart hates a kidder
The shame, the hurt
My heart feels like dirt
The sorrow burns
But I seem to learn
The hearts do cry
A crimson red till dry
