The Mirror
As I sat sipping on strong all a-tripping,
I heard a thundering, whispering call,
And I stood leaning, as down I was feeling,
This voice thundered forgotten lore.

And as I listened a thought form, it glistened,
Imploring me to touch black glass,
So over I wandered and the voice it asundered,
Out of the mirror a black hand did lash.

With a magnetized cry, away I did fly,
Backwards into my window pane,
Although it didn't break, the did shake,
I sat there gaping and shaking in vain.

Out and away the creature did sway,
Waiting and pondering my every breath,
It didn't hurt me but it scared me as the creature was now free,
Eyes locked in embrace, face to face, I though I was in for death.

Down it leaned and to me it seemed,
That it was now to my life the end,
But the creature took my hand and silently deemed,
That this demon was my friend.

Corny, I know. -_- hehe
