The Jack Sparrow Song

By Anna Chandler

Oh, my love, what a story,
What a story you have to tell.
Whisked away by undead pirates
Grotesque as demons from hell!
Grief, it engulfs you, fear paralyzes you
Thinking you are all alone
Is there anyone
Oh is there anyone.
Who knows where you are?
You're all alone.
Alas, love!
Your blacksmith comes to your rescue!
He's got the blood of a pirate
But the poor lad denies it-
And he's in a ship commandeered by Jack Sparrow!
Fear's not me style
But instead I'll take a pile
Of cursed gold from Cortez!
Adventure's a game,
It's all in me name,
They all cower when they hear of Jack Sparrow
I show mercy to none,
But it's all in good fun!
.but.
Why is the rum gone?
You can say I'm the worst pirate ever
But I can handle that ship in the foulest weather
'Cause you see love, there's a thing or two
About me you don't know.
I used to navigate the cursed Black Pearl,
And that makes me Captain Jack Sparrow!

Chorus

But , oh why..
Why is the rum gone?
