Ok, so it's only half.

"Look, I already said I was sorry." Hunter said, sliding into the seat next to mine. It was ten minutes before chemistry started. Mr. Wizzerd had gone to get a cup of coffee and let me stay inside of the room. I hadn't felt like hanging out with everyone outside and only God knows how Hunter had managed to come into this class early on the same day as me.
"I know."
"Then, why the hell are you still mad at me?"
"Who said I was."
"Oh, bullshit Malana! Anybody can see your attitude from a mile away!" He looked mad. Fine, if he was going to be then I was going to be.
"I'm not the only one with attitude. You didn't have to suck face with that Barbie right in front of me!" I yelled at Hunter.
"Suck face, real mature. And it's not like you're not screwing around with Adrien!" Hunter shouted back.
"You're such an asshole!"
"Well, you're so, so infuriating!" Hunter ran a hand through his hair in frustration and got up out of the chair, knocking it over in the process. He stalked over to the seat behind me.
"Infuriating? What is this a vocabulary test?" I muttered sarcastically.
"Would you rather me call you a bitch?" Hunter spat back.
"Whoa, guys what's going on here?" Theresa stood in the door, notebook in hand. Damn it, I had forgotten she came to class early sometimes. Neither of us said anything. Theresa walked over to the fallen chair and picked it up, setting into it's proper place beside me. She then took out her text book and set it on the table in front of her. She sat down and turned to face us.
"Well? What's going on?"
"Nothing." Hunter said. Theresa eyed him suspiciously, then turned towards me.
"Malana?" She questioned.
"Nothing." If Hunter wasn't going to tell her then I sure as hell wasn't going to.
"Fine. But whatever's wrong you two had better work it out before Adrien finds out or you'll both be in for it. I don't think he'll be too happy to find that his best friend and his girlfriend are fighting."
"Ok." I heard Hunter mumble. I didn't say anything just turned in my seat and took out what I needed for class. I can't believe he was acting so stubborn.
***
"Damn it." I threw my books onto the desk in front of me. I had just walked into English class and discovered that everybody else hadn't arrived yet. Good. Malana was so frustrating! I had already told her that I was sorry, but did she accept, no. Man, maybe this all wasn't going to work out.
I can't believe I had almost lost my cool at first. I never lose my cool when it came to girls, never. Just then the teacher walked into the room and a few minutes after everyone else started to arrive, including Malana. I didn't look up when she walked into the room. Just forget it, if she was going to be so freakin' stubborn that wasn't my problem.
"Ok, class I have a fun idea! There's going to be a partner project! You're each going to spend a day at another classmates house and then write up a report from their perspective about their life!" A few people groaned. "Oh, don't groan now! This may seem a bit juvenile, but I figured that you should have something fun to do before all the hard stuff comes. And I've already picked the pairs, so the hard parts already figured out." People cast worried glanced around the room.
"Trina and Smith."
"Gregory and Hellen."
"Rodney and Christina."
Man she was picking all male/female partners.
"Frank and Elise."
"Hunter and [Anyone guessed by now what's gonna happen?] Malana."
Oh, shit, I stopped listening to the teacher to turn around and to look at Malana, who was staring right back at me.
"So go meet your partners now and discuss when your going to go to each other's houses. This is due next Monday, and I expect it to be at least ten pages." What?! Ten pages? Come on! That would mean we would have to spend hours together, and in the current state of things, that wouldn't be a very good thing.
"Hey." Malana slid into the seat next to mine.
"Hi." I said back stiffly, not looking at her.
"Ok, so if this is going to be ten pages then I guess we have to spend a lot of time with one another."
"Unfortunately." I was still mad. Out of the corner of my eye I saw her give me a look.
"Look, since this is obviously not going to work I'll go ask Mrs. Welsh if we can just switch partners." Malana got up.
"No, no, sorry. It's ok. You were saying?" She hesitated for a second, which only mad me feel bad. Man, this was so screwed, how does she get me from being mad to feeling guilty all in the span of three seconds. I grabbed her wrist. "Sit."
She lowered herself back into the seat. Before I could take me hand back she grabbed it and stared at it.
"What?" I asked, startled. She was examining it closely. Didn't know hands could be so interesting.
"What's this?" She asked, showing me the top of my hand, which was sporting a purple bruise. Dang, I forgot about that. She looked at me then looked down at it again, running her fingers lightly across my knuckle.
"Nothing." I grabbed my hand back, rubbing it. My skin felt like it was on fire.
"Doesn't look like nothing."
"Yeah, whatever. Let's just get back to the project. Whose house are we going to go to first?"
***
"Damn it, it's 8:05 already, I have to be getting home." I said to Hunter, glancing at the clock. It was Wednesday and we had decided to go to his house, since my mom wouldn't allow me to have a boy over unless she was there.
Anyway after Hunter had given my a through tour of the house and then handed my over to his mom, who gave me an even more through tour, plus the history of the house and entire family. Luckily I had brought a handheld tape recorder. When 6:30 had rolled around, the woman had given me enough information to write an entire novel. Hunter had decided that we'd done enough work for the day, as if he'd done anything, and suggested that we watch a movie. And during the movie Hunter had somehow managed to end up on top of me. How he had I really don't know, since we were supposed to be mad at each other, though at the moment I couldn't remember why...
"Do you really have to." He muttered against my cheek. He tightened his hold around my waist.
"Yes, unless you want me to be grounded." He smirked and slid his lips onto my own, somehow managing to make me forget about my curfew for the night.
"Hunter stop." I said, shoving him off after a few minutes. It was 8:15 now and I only had about ten minutes to get home.
"Man, don't worry I'll drive you home."
"Hunter, you only have ten minutes to drive me."
"Ugh, stop worrying, I'll just speed." He gave me another smirk and kissed my nose.
"Gah, stop it!" I shoved him off me again, but this time a little too hard, because he ended up sprawled on the floor. Tentatively I looked over the edge of the overstuffed couch to see Hunter staring back up at me, looking a bit miffed. Haha, he looked so cute.
"You didn't have to push me, I heard you the first time." He grumbled.
"Didn't seem like it." I grinned and got up straightening my clothes. I had abandoned our school uniform as soon as we got to his house and changed into a pair of jeans and a long sleeved shirt.
"Can you at least help me up?" He asked, offering me his hand. I bent down to help him, but the instant his hand closed around mine, he yanked me down.
"Hey!"
"What?" He asked innocently, his hands once again locking themselves around my waist so I couldn't get back up. Grr...
"Um, nothing!" I said. I smiled at him and saw a look of confusion cross his face at my sudden attitude change. I stared at him for a few moments then suddenly leaned forward and smashed my lips against his own. I saw his blue eyes open in surprise for a moment then drift close. His hands traveled up from my waist to run slowly down my arms. Haha, sucker! I abruptly pulled away from him and stood up.
"This was fun! Let's go now." I walked toward the door, grabbing my jacket from he sofa, not looking back. I heard him let out a noise of disbelief.
"Malana." He growled and I heard him get to his feet. Yikes! I started to hurry toward what I hoped was the direction of the front door.
***
"Man, my mom is going to KILL me!" I moaned, as Hunter drove me home. "Can't you go any faster?"
"I'm already doing 75." Hunter informed me.
"This is all your fault!" I exclaimed.
"My fault?! I wasn't the one who locked myself into the closet!"
"I thought it was the way to the door! Who the hell has a closet door that's 5 feet wide and decorated with animal carvings!?" Hunter laughed.
"It's not funny. I'm going to be dead and grounded."
"Don't worry. Just tell her that my mom wouldn't shut up about the house. And if she doesn't buy that I'll bring her flowers on Friday."
"Flower? You think that you can win her over with flowers?!"
"Just watch me."

Yeah, so super short because it's only half. Wanted to put it up because I know if I didn't I never would and wouldn't find the inspiration to write the other half. *sigh* It has not been a good week, good day, good month.
And thank you so very, very much to all my reviewers, I love you guys/gals, seriously, you just make my day always feel much brighter whenever I go online and see that I have a new review or two. You all are great.
So, dunno when I'm going to update this. When my mood passes I suppose, sorry to sound all angsty. Though if you're reading a "Year in the Life of a Supermodel's Sister" I might update that since I have a good amount of the next chapter already written.
So, Adieu.
