I’m not quite sure if this is the done thing here at ‘fictionpress’, as I’m quite new around these parts, but I wanted to upload a whole bunch of poetry that I wrote many years ago - so I thought I would compile them all into 1 ‘story’ and write this little introduction.

Most of this poetry was written in ‘97/’98 when I was but the age of 14. I thought I would upload them for a few reasons... First of all, it’s kind of a nostalgia rush for myself - which is never a bad thing. However, for the rest of you, I thought it might present a little bit more about my personality (and how I’ve changed), and just be kind of nice so that when I get around to uploading some of my more recent work you can see the differences in my writing now that I’m considerably older. Finally, it gives me something to upload right now to my new account!

While all reviews will obviously be appreciated, please remember that I was a lot younger then than I am now.

Ps. It’s probably entertaining to note that the poems I have uploaded here were all written in a very small pocket book that I used to carry around school with me everywhere - hence they are really ‘thin’ in the sense that they have short lines.
