Tom Ato steals diamond from gallery, Security suspect someone for the theft.

* Scene 2:

Trixie goes to Merdock because she thinks that someone is trying to kill her (Merdock & Watson notice Trixie’s ring).

* Scene 3:

Trixie meets up with the detectives and they see a newspaper article about a stolen diamond (Trixie’s diamond). Trixie tells the detectives that Tom is coming to dinner. Detectives suspect Tom.

* Scene 4:

Trixie and Tom are at dinner & police come to restaurant. Arrest Tom and everything is hunkey dory.
