Forest green magnificence
And a stomach more golden than autumn leaves
In a regal stance
Belly curved
This undying elegance
Of timeless improvement
Perfection, it’s doubtless

A smooth countenance
Cracked uniformly
To form sharp scales
Stronger than titanium

Mouth firmly sealed
In a hidden smile
Concealing fine ivory teeth
Sharper than a new blade’s edge

An ancient brow covers ethereal eyes
Alit with the knowledge of the ages
Unforgiving, unrelenting, unwavering
In the firm gaze

And spread wide in the wake of strong shoulders
Un-wilting with their responsibility
Are wings displayed silk-like
Deceptive in their delicate façade
Exhibiting proudly every scar and mar
That we would hide in shame
As time leaves its mark

Age only enhances this eternal being
Like time does the finest wine
