Warning: This poem is from own imagination and creation. It was written
entirely by me and all these words are mine. This poem is original and
unique. If this poem is related with another poem then it is purely
coincendental.
Also, please be aware that I wrote this poem when I was a Junior in high
school so please be gentle. I was mature, but I was still naïve. This
poem is about a guy that I met online, I treasured his friendship, but it
was becoming clear to me that I started liking him as more than a friend.
Needlessly to say, I stopped talking to him because of that. He didn't do
anything, trust me, but I just had to stop. However, I still treasure his
friendship even though we have long since stopped talking.
Anyway, to continue, please don't use my poem without my consent first.
Thank you. Well, on with the poem. Enjoy!

I am thinking of a friend,
This friend is like no other friend,
Even though he is far away,
He is very kind and sweet,
I am thinking of a friend,
How grateful I am to have him,
Such a funny and smart person,
I am lucky to have him as my friend,
I am thinking of a friend,
His spirit is so unique,
I am grateful to know him,
Do you know who it is?
I am thinking of a friend,
That, my friend, is you,
Thanks for being everything, my friend,
I am thinking of you always.
