Limited Freedom

By: Elizabeth Harrison

We have limited freedom,

Us students.

A very long time ago,

The Founding Fathers sat down and said,

This country shall be a free country,

With the Freedom of Speech,

The Freedom of the Press,

And other such Freedoms.

If we were given those freedoms,

Why can’t they be put to use?

Yes, some people disobey the rules,

That’s part of life.

But the higher power should not punish us all.

If they want us to follow the rules,

Then they should enforce them.

Wearing what we want,

Shows who we are.

And unfortunately we are people,

With Limited Freedom.
