Carefree, lazy days,
Sitting by the poolside.
Sunglasses on,
Don't forget the sunblock.
Lazing about,
Tanning in the hot sun.
Don't have to work,
Don't have to go to school.

Summer is not long enough,
Only ten short weeks.
Wish it could last all year long,
But you have to enjoy it.
You are truly free,
You can have all kinds of fun.
Riding your bikes,
Camping in the mountains.

Oh summer,
What fun, what fun!
