She's not that much unlike me
If only you had the eyes to see
Her sense of humor is exactly mine
Although my smile can't match her shine

I'll admit I'm not at all as thin
And I'm far heavierladen with sin
But in my heart I crave you alone
And my agony seeps down to the bone

I taught her much of what she knows
And from what I have been she rose
How is it then, that I am not so worthy of love
If I'm the one who taught the dove?
