My muscle-memory decieves me.
If, in colors of forgetfulness
my red-blue comsumes your pale green
and we both end up slipping down a sandbank,
a ball of fur and teeth,
and the desires of my veins finally
overwhelm the fear of straying off the path,
then remember this:
I am blind, and I merely tripped.
