This was the original version, I entered it in some online contest. The restrictions were it had to be a poem in the 1-2-3-4-10 syllable format. I don't remember what that style of poem was called.

Ghost
Thought I
Had moved on
Found someone else
Yet you are the one still haunting my dreams

Just recently I came across that again and thought to add more to it. Tada. Ghost v.2.0

Ghost -
You left me long ago
Eventually I moved on
Finally figured out
We weren't meant to be
I was just blind

If I've really moved on
Why do you still haunt my dreams?

Honestly I don't give you
A second thought nowadays
We don't even talk
Barely glancing as we walk by
Everything is so awkward
Our friendship faded away

But -
You're still there
Inside my head
I can't control my dreams
Why do you haunt me ghost?
