Extraordinary Day
It's an extraordinary day
I can hear silence
Playfully tickling my ear
Something no one else can hear
It's an extraordinary day
I can see the invisible
Flutter of many things
Something no one else can see
It's an extraordinary day
I can smell the inodorous
Its sweet perfume filling my nose
Something no one else can smell
It's an extraordinary day
I can taste the flavorless
Its savory burn on my tongue
Something no one else can taste
It's an extraordinary day
I can feel the intangible
Running my fingertips over its smooth surface
Something no one else can touch
It's an extraordinary day
I have reached an impossible place
Its location unable to be marked on any map
Somewhere no one else has
I sense all that is impossible
All that was nothing
This place, this day is like no other
It's an extraordinary day
