“Long ago, There was a girl who had the elements at her disposable. She was one of many, that had powers. Powers to defeat the demons that threatened to kill this land and every living thing on it. In the end she died, though putting the demons in capable hands of others with special gifts.
Unfortunately with time all of this was forgotten. So now only three families remain. The Turners, the Aquas and the Williams. They are now out on a search for the one who can control the elements. For when the chosen one had died, one of the monks had a vision of her once return in the future. So they burned her body and scattered her ashes in the wind, hoping that she’d return before it was too late to save everything.”
It was a normal day, in Lancaster PA. Here is a town that everyone wants to fit in. Though if you didn’t you also didn’t have any friends. Nothing out of the ordinary happened here, unless you know better...
Allison Masters, also known as Ice, a normal girl in Lancaster PA. She waited at her buss stop. Her shoulder length black hair with un-normal blue and red highlights moved in the wind. She brought her light brown colored hand to move a lock of red hair behind her ear.
To her school she was an outcast! She didn’t have any friends, since she is a semi Goth. She dressed in almost all black. Ice wore black low leather pants, with a dark blue corset top, and her newly bought blue trench coat. She put her black back pack on as the yellow school bus pulled up. She stepped on and found her seat.
No one talked to her. No one ever did or even dared unless they had to. Ice heard the comments everyone made to her.
“Man, I like heard she was in jail for like three years.” One of the cheerleaders said.
“Really, well I heard her parents kicked her out because they didn’t love her.” One of the football players yelled.
Ice rolled her eyes at the comments. The other people around her didn’t bother keeping their conversations around her quiet any more. Since everyone had a new rumor about her every day.
Just then two cheerleaders named Christi and Torri and their boyfriends Andy and Ben came up to her.
“So is it true that you were like in jail for like three years?” Christi asked.
Ice looked up at her from her book. “Since you are blond, I believe you actually believe that’s true. So I’m going to just let you all think what you want because you’re not worth my answer!” She declared.
“Do you know how much of bitch you are?” Torri asked while flipping her dyed black hair over her shoulder.
Ice was now annoyed and it showed. “At least, I’m not the one everyone thinks will get knocked up before collage. While you two most likely will, then your boyfriends will leave you to raise the kid by yourselves.” She replied in a sweet voice.
“Oh now that was just cold!” Andy said his green eyes glaring at her.
“I think you owe them an -” Ben said as he gripped strap to his back pack.
“Then do everyone a favor, don’t think. And for starters you sound more intelligent with your mouth closed! So again, don’t think.” Ice told them with a slight smirk. All four of them stalked off.
The buss stopped once they reached the front of the high school. Everyone got off and went to their lockers for another day at school.
It was a few hours after school let out. Ice, was going to the park. She climbed into a tree house she had found when she was nine or ten. It was the only true place where she felt almost at peace. Ice got her backpack and started to do her homework, but soon fell asleep.
Soon after a few hours she woke up. It was dark outside. Ice looked at her watch and saw it was 10:45 PM.
“My Dad is going to kill me!” Ice said as she put her stuff away and climbed down.
Ice started to make her way to the entrance of the park. When she began to feel like she was being watched. So she started to walk a little bit faster. She went into a full out run when she heard a twig crack behind her. Her black combat boots were snapping twigs under her.
Ice looked behind her as she ran as fast as her legs would permit. When she ran into someone. She fell back and looked up at the guy she had run into.
“You picked a good night to die!” The guy said. His dark brown hair covered his eyes so she couldn’t see them.
“Please don’t hurt me!” Ice said as she began to crawl backwards. She then realized there were at least five more guys surrounding her.
One of the others forced her to her feet and pushed her to the man she ran into. “It’s been too long since I’ve had prey that was scared!” The leader with dark brown hair said as he arched her neck to one side.
“Please don’t hurt me.” Ice begged. She was too scared to do anything. She saw two sharp fangs come out of his mouth.
“I’m only going to feed from you.” He whispered to her. He was about to bit her when he was yanked back. Ice fell to her knees.
“Not if I can help it!” Another male voice said. Ice looked up to see the leader turn to dust.
The newcomer then threw silver stakes at the remaining men and they all screamed then turned to dust.
Ice looked up at him. He had short spiky blond hair with deep blue eyes. He gave her a hand up. “Alright, who are you and what the hell just happened!?” Ice demanded.
“My name is Lucas. And I’m sorry, but that’s all I’m permitted to tell you.” He told her. Ice nodded. The only thing other then his hair and eyes she could see about him was his black trench coat.
Ice then saw a tall figure reappear in back of him. “Watch out!” Ice yelled as she pushed Lucas out of the way. A lighting bolt came from the sky and threw the leader about twenty feet away from them.
Lucas stared at her. “How’d you do that?” He asked her. Ice stared at her hands.
“I don’t know.” She said before her world went black.
