Ring Warriors
Markel

Opening her eyes, Arianna found herself lying on a bed. She looked up, to see a shirtless Jicaro over her. She could feel the warmth of his body, as it pressed against hers. She could feel the moistness of his lips, as they pressed against hers. As they kissed, Arianna could feel Jicaros hand moving to her chest. One by one, she could feel the buttons on her shirt coming undone by Jicaros hand. Arianna let out a small moan, as Jicaro began kissing down her body. There was a bit of a shock, as she felt his mouth encircle one of her breasts. As she felt his tongue lightly lick the nipple, she closed her eyes in ecstasy. As she opened her eyes, she could hear "How Come?" by D12 coming from her alarm clock radio. Arianna sat up, and found that she was in her own room.
"Damnit!" Arianna said to herself "It was just another dream." Lying back in bed a few minutes more, Arianna figured she might as well get up, and get ready for school.
Meanwhile, in the forest, the old man was pacing around trying to figure out what to do.
"I sense that he's close." the old man said to himself "I have to warn the girls about him, I just hope he hasn't found them first!"

Out in front of the school, Dianna and Tika as usual, waited for Arianna and Tenima. As they waited, they heard kids still talking about what was in the newspaper a few days ago.
"Well," said Tika "I guess people know about us now!"
"Looks like it," said Dianna "plus we made some money in the process."
"Yeah," said Tika "I bought some new lipstick with mine."
"Tika," said Dianna, as she looked over at her. "You always seem to be there with the most intelligent and relevant comment."
"Thanks!" said Tika, a big smile on her face. Dianna looked away from Tika, to see Arianna and Tenima walking towards them.
"Sounds like a pretty hot dream!" Tenima said to Arianna.
"Yeah," said Arianna "only my damn alarm clock woke me up just when it was getting good."
"Yeah, that happens!" laughed Tenima.
"What happens?" asked Dianna.
"Oh just talking about dreams." said Tenima.
"Dreams about anyone...special?" asked Dianna, an evil grin on her face as she looked over at Arianna. As Arianna looked away from Dianna, she saw Jicaro walking towards the school.
"Morning ladies!" said Jicaro with a smile.
"Hi Jicaro" all the girls said in unison. As Jicaro walked past them towards the door, he looked over at Arianna.
"Hey," said Jicaro "can we uh...talk later?"
"Sure!" said Arianna excitedly.
"Great!" said Jicaro, flashing Arianna his toothy smile and winking before heading into the school. As Arianna looked over at the girls, they all began giggling.
"What's he want to talk to you about?" asked Tika.
"Not sure" said Arianna
"Maybe he wants to ask you out," laughed Dianna.
"Yeah," laughed Arianna "I'm sure!" As Arianna wiped a tear from her eye, she looked behind her to see Markel staring at them.
"It's that fuckin creepy guy again!" whispered Tenima.
"Why the hell's he staring at us?" whispered Tika.
"Dunno," said Arianna "but let's get in the school, and away from that guy."
Markel watched the girls as they quickly walked into the school. Markel put his hand in his pocket, and pulled out a ring. As he walked up towards the school doors, he dropped the ring on the ground.
"Shit, I'm gonna be late!" Akira said to himself, as he heard the second bell. As he ran towards the front doors books in hand, he noticed something on the ground. He knelt down to pick it up. As he brought up to his face, he noticed that it was a ring with a black gem in it. Making sure noone was looking; Akira put the ring in his pocket.
In class, the girls were still talking about what happened to Arianna earlier that morning.
"So," said Tenima "what do you think he wants to talk to you about?"
"If I knew," said Arianna "then this wouldn't be such a mystery."
"Maybe he needs your help in one of his classes." Said Dianna.
"Yeah, maybe he needs you to help him study." Said Tika, as she made finger quotations on the word study.
"Wow!" said Dianna "And I thought only one person was stupid enough to use the finger quotes while talking to the person."
"Shut up bitch!" said Tika, with a smile. Her and Dianna then started laughing. Arianna meanwhile looked back, to see Markel staring at her. As she gave him a dirty look, he flashed her an evil looking grin.

As the final bell rang, the students began coming out of the school. As Akira walked out, he noticed Markel standing outside watching him as he walked by.
"Got a fucking problem buddy?" said Akira angrily.
"No," said Markel calmly "no problem at all."
"Weird fuckin kid!" Akira said to himself, as he started walking towards home. As the girls came out of the school, they could hear a voice behind them. They turned around, to see Jicaro walking towards them. As Jicaro walked up to Arianna, Dianna, Tika, and Tenima walked a little further ahead.
"So," said Arianna nervously "what's up?"
"Well," said Jicaro "I was uh...wondering if you were doing anything tonight?"
"Not really, why?" asked Arianna.
"Well," said Jicaro "I was wondering if..you..uh..wanted to go out tonight? Like a date!"
Arianna found herself speechless, as she tried to speak. Not being able to say anything, Arianna nodded her head.
"Great!" said Jicaro, flashing his toothy smile. "Pick you up at eight?"
"Sure!" said Arianna, trying not to make her voice sound too excited, even though she was. Arianna found that she wasn't able to move, as she saw Jicaro head towards his car.
"Ha, pathetic!" said Markel, leaning up against a wall.
"Shut up asshole!" said Arianna angrily "Noone asked for your goddamn opinion!" After giving Markel a dirty look, she walked over to the girls.
"So?" said Dianna.
"He asked me out!" squealed Arianna. All the girls started jumping up and down in excitement.

Coming from the shower, Arianna walked into her bedroom with a towel around her body, and one on her head. As she removed the towel from her head, she saw the old man standing in her room.
"Holy shit!" said Arianna, being caught off guard. "Okay old man, you really have to stop doing that!"
"I'm sorry," said the old man "where are the rest of the girls, I have something very important to talk to all of you about!"
"They'll be here in a bit to help me get ready for my date," said Arianna happily. "So you'll have to wait for now."
"This is important!" said the old man sternly. "I'm afraid you may have to cancel this date."
"Yeah, I don't think so!" said Arianna "You have no idea how long I've been waiting for Jicaro to ask me out. I know I'm supposed to be some kind of superhero, but that'll all have to wait for tonight." Arianna and the old man then heard a knock on the front door. "That'll be the girls," said Arianna "can you answer the door?" The old man went to the door and opened it, to see the three other girls.
"Well," said Dianna "look who's here."
"Yeah," said Tika "it's that old guy that gave us our rings."
"Thank you Tika," said Tenima "I think we figured that out."
"So," asked Dianna "what are you doing here? Trying to catch a peek of Arianna naked again?"
"No," said the old man "I'm here to warn you about a great evil that goes by the name of Markel."
"The weird kid from school?" said Dianna.
"You've seen him?" said the old man, sounding very shocked.
"Yeah," said Tenima "he went all apeshit at school when he saw Arianna's ring."
"Yeah," said Arianna, as she walked into the room dressed in some hot looking clothes. "It was like he knew about the rings or something."
"He does!" said the old man.
"What do you mean?" asked Arianna.
"Well," said the old man "as he seems to be here, I feel I should tell you the whole story. Those gems you have in your rings, they used to belong to others."
"What the hell are you talking about old man?!" demanded Dianna.
"These stones used to be in necklaces worn by warriors some 300 years ago. They belonged to four male warriors, not unlike you four. As a sorcerer, I created these necklaces to give to warriors to help fight the evils in the world. There was of course a sorcerer who was as powerful, if not more then me. My warriors fought any and everything he threw at them, until he finally stood up to them himself."
"What happened?" asked Tika.
"He proved to be too powerful," sighed the old man. "He destroyed them with his magic."
"But why was he freaking out over the rings?" asked Arianna.
"Same reason he wanted the necklaces," said the old man. "Should he get hold of the rings, he will become so powerful, that noone will be able to stop him. He tried to get the necklaces, but I destroyed them, and hid the gems before he could get his hands on them. If he knows about the rings, he may try to get them from you."
"How can that even be the same guy?" asked Tenima. "You said that happened three hundred years ago, Markel would be really old looking like you...no offence!"
"None taken." said the old man "Like I said, he is a very powerful sorcerer. Thus, he has the ability to make himself look any age, even that of a teenager."
"What will he try, to get the rings?" asked Tika.
"Anything!" said the old man.
"The ladies are gonna be all over you!" said Akira, as he looked at his reflection in the mirror. Having put gel in his hair, putting on clothes that would make him look like a stud, he began putting some of his jewelry on. Over his neck, he placed a thick silver necklace, with a large Celtic cross medallion. He placed silver on his wrist, put a diamond earring in his ear, and began putting on his rings. Looking down at the table, he noticed the ring that he found earlier that day at school. "Ah, what the hell!" said Akira, as he placed the ring on his finger, and headed for the door. As his hand touched the handle, he began getting a weird feeling in his hand. He could feel his arm pulsating, as he fell to his knees holding onto his arm. He let out a painful yell, as he could feel his body getting taller, and more muscular. As he looked down at his hand, he saw a slit open up at his wrist. As he took a closer look, a sixteen-inch blade extended from the slit. He looked over at his other arm, and noticed the same thing happening. As he tried to stand up, he could feel a burning sensation in his brain. Akira let out a loud, painful yell as he fell to the floor, and lost consciousness.
"Oh my God, Akira!" said his mother, as she ran into the room to see him on the floor. "Are you alright?" Akira all of a sudden stood up, and looked at her with red, glowing eyes.
"Akira is dead!" said the tall creature, which once was Akira. "I am Moarbion!" Moarbion sliced one of his blades across Akira's mothers throat. She placed her hand over her neck, as blood flowed through her fingers to the floor. As she fell to the floor in a puddle of her blood, Moarbion turned around and walked out of the house towards downtown.

The laughter of Jicaro and Arianna could be heard, as they came out of a movie theatre. Thinking a comedy might be a more relaxed movie to see on a first date, they chose to go see a movie called The Sanity Train.
"That was a funny movie." laughed Arianna, as she had her arm wrapped around Jicaro.
"Yeah," said Jicaro "those two friends were having some crazy times, after falling off that train. Then towards the end, them trying to get the girls boyfriend off the train, pure hilarity!" They then both began laughing together about that. As they made eye contact, Jicaros face got serious, as he began moving closer to Arianna's face. Just as their lips were about to meet, they heard a scream.
"What was that?" asked Arianna.
"I don't know," said Jicaro "let's find out." As they ran up the street, something hit the ground in front of them. As they looked at the ground, they saw it was the body of a man, a large gash across his chest. They looked up the street, to see what appeared to be a tall, muscular man, with blades coming out of his arms.
"What the fuck is that?" asked Arianna, as she pointed at it.
"Not a clue," said Jicaro "but I suggest we get the fuck out of here!" Jicaro grabbed Arianna's hand, and they proceeded to run from the scene.
"This must be one of Markels creations." Arianna said to herself. After some running, they managed to get a safe distance away.
"Jicaro," said Arianna "you need to contact the police, they need to know what's going on."
"What about you?" asked Jicaro.
"I'm gonna head right home, so don't worry about me." said Arianna.
"Okay," said Jicaro "just get home safely." Arianna watched as Jicaro ran down the street, where the police station happened to be. Waiting till he was a safe distance away, Arianna picked up her cell and called Dianna.
"Hello?" came Dianna's voice through the cell.
"Dianna, it's Arianna." said Arianna "Get the girls, looks like we got a problem downtown."
"What kind of problem?" asked Dianna.
"Some kind of monster or something," said Arianna "it might be an example of the abilities of Markel that the old man warned us about."
"Alright," said Dianna "we'll be there momentarily...how'd the date go?"
"Great," said Arianna "until this goddamn thing showed up! I'll give ya all the details later, in the meantime, get your asses down here!"

"PLEASE...NO!!" pleaded a man, as Moarbion stuck one of his blades through the guy, and lifted him in the air. As the blood flowed down the blade, Moarbion made a flicking motion with his arm, and the guys body went flying and hit a wall.
"Who's next to try and stop me?" said Moarbion, holding both blades in front of his face.
"We are!" came Arianna's voice from behind Moarbion. He turned around to see Arianna, Dianna, Tenima, and Tika standing in front of him.
"Give it your best shot!" said Moarbion, as he got into a battle position. "This feeble attempt will make seeing your blood on my blades that much more enjoyable!"
"Christ, that's such a comic book response!" said Tenima "Can we just kill him now?" Arianna looked over at Tenima, and flashed her a smile. It was at this point, Arianna ran forwards, the other girls following. As Arianna made a jump kick towards Moarbion, he hit her with the back of his hand, knocking her against a wall. As Dianna ran towards him, he made a slashing motion with his blade, catching Dianna in the chest. As she fell to the ground, the other girls surrounded her.
"Fuck, that hurts!" said Dianna, as she looked at the gash on her chest. The blade had cut her just across the bottom of her left breast, making a hole in the costume and a cut on her flesh.
"Are you okay?" asked Tika, as she stood over Dianna.
"Does it look like I'm okay?" asked Dianna.
"No" said Tika.
"Well," said Dianna "then what does that tell ya?" After making sure Dianna was okay, Tika and Tenima each made their own attempts to stop Moarbion, only to be met with defeat.
"There's no way we can stop this thing!" said Tenima, sounding out of breath.
"Did you guys notice something when fighting this thing?" asked Tika.
"What the hell are you talking about?" asked Dianna.
"Around his neck," said Tika "I noticed a thick silver necklace, and a Celtic cross for a medallion.
"So?" said Dianna, a confused look on her face.
"So," said Tika "there's a guy that goes to C. Whitman, I always see him wearing that stuff when he's trying to pick girls up."
"Akira?" said Tenima. The other three girls turned their heads, and stared at Tenima. "He's asked me out several times before, the guy's persistent."
"What does he have to do with this?" asked Dianna.
"I think it might be him!" said Tika "Maybe he got transformed into this thing somehow by Markel."
"There's nothing we can do though!" said Arianna. As she looked over at Tika, she noticed Tikas eyes were closed and her body was shaking.
"What the hell's going on with her?" asked Tenima.
"Well," said Dianna "either she's having an orgasm, or she's gonna unleash some kind of power like Arianna did to that killer." The three other girls heard a noise, and turned around to see Moarbion running at them, holding his blades out in front of him.
"Shit!" said Dianna "We gotta hold him off!"
"DIAMOND BLAST!" yelled Arianna, as she caused the blast of energy to shoot out of her hand, and hit Moarbion. The girls watched as he tried to get up, only to fall to the ground again.
"EMERALD HEALING!" yelled Tika, as a green light came from her hand, and encircled Moarbions body. The girls watched, as a ring came off Moarbions finger, and fell to the ground. As the ring turned to dust, they saw Moarbion turn back into Akira, only without any clothes. As the girls looked around, they forgot that they had done all this in a public area, so there was an audience. As they heard police sirens, they proceeded to run from the scene.

The next day at school, all everyone was talking about was what happened downtown, the mysterious girls, the monster, and a naked Akira. As the girls went to their lockers to get ready for class, they saw Markel walk up to them.
"Listen to me!" said Markel "I know who you are, I've beaten people stronger then you. I tell you now, give me the rings, cause you don't want to fuck with me!" All of a sudden, a couple jocks came down the hall, and pushed Markel out of the way, until he could no longer be seen. As Arianna closed her locker, she saw Jicaro standing beside it.
"Hey." said Jicaro, flashing his smile.
"Hi." said Arianna, finding herself getting warm every time she saw that smile.
"I'm sorry about our date being cut short last night by that..thing!"
"It's no problem," said Arianna "it wasn't your fault or anything."
"But still," said Jicaro "I'd like to again sometime try taking ya out, hopefully it won't get interrupted by weird guys with blades this time."
"I'll be looking forward to it!" said Arianna.
"Great!" said Jicaro, as he leaned over and kissed Arianna on the cheek. "I'll also be looking forward to it."
Meanwhile, in the forest the old man watches everything that's going on.
"Excellent," said the old man "they're slowly figuring out their powers. I hope they figure them all out soon...because I feel they're really going to need them!"
