About a week has gone by since their big battle and thankfully the world is basically back to normal, though some would say that it has gotten better. Van and his girl friend have gotten back together, Shinjko has finally been accepted by a group of rebel punks, James is going to become a football super star, Nate has came back to Jena is finally back to her normal and happy self. The commander, Vincent Yukia and their principal, Amelia Valentine are getting married next fall and Will.. Believe it or not he’s got a girlfriend! But that still leaves Brath and Lily, the two who have feelings for one another but could never admit it to one another…

Lily trains in the empty gym of the new command center, her finding it to be more private then the small and usually crowded city work out center. The commander gave her an all access pass since she’s usually the only one their, besides Brath that is, though she hasn’t hardly seen him since that day where their secret feelings were revealed to one another. She punched and kicked the round metal and padded 5 foot column until she felt her shoulder blade begin to sting again. She sighed softly through her heavy and labored breath before she sat down on one of the near by work benches and took a couple of drinks from her water bottle. She wiped some of the sweat off of her forehead before she felt her shoulder and sighed once again. She couldn’t believe that Brath was ignoring her, but at the same time she could. Suddenly she heard the door slide open, her looking over at it curiously to see Brath’s large form walk into the room quietly as the door slowly slid closed behind him. Lily slowly got to her feet before he began to walk over towards her.

“Where the hell..” she began when he grabbed a hold of her tightly and pulled her close, him kissing her softly. She was caught off guard by his suddenly display of emotion but didn’t feel that it was wrong. Her eyes slowly shut as she wrapped her arms around his neck loosely and kissed him back.

Well.. For them.. Time will tell.
