Borderline Poem
My body is all that is left now,
just an empty shell.
I died many years ago,
sentenced to a living hell.

The world goes on around me
I sit and watch it go by.
Sometimes I try to tag along
but fall no matter how I try.

And so it seems
my fate is written in the sky
an eternity of sadness
waiting for the shell to die
