Lost inside without him
Is the little witch of black betrayal
All innocence and naivete
But don't get too close
It's fatal what she'll do to you

Never meant to get this far
Wanting him to pay for petty sins
Not this much, he doesn't owe this much
Spend it all on pretty things
To get him to come back again

The essence of hope inside her eyes
Locked inside Pandora's box
Taken over by something more
Still praying he'll be back soon
Is that a tear falling down that pretty face?

Never meant to get this far
A crime that's tearing away at your heart
Taking so much from him
To spend again on pretty things
To hold all the petty things so dear

He changes everything he can
Everything she touches, changes
Maybe tonight they'll grant your wish...
