Tiring

Life has pushed me far,
Into the mud and grime,
That is where I lie.
Muscles pulled through much struggle,
Holding on has become instinct,
But living is a road block,
One I will unlock.

Dragging myself to keep moving,
To keep pushing forward.
Life not an easy path,
But one I must take.
Or do I?

Easy ways there are,
Not approved my many.
Suicide is not a sin,
Suicide will please my heart,
A peace I needed from the start.

I cannot hold on forever,
I can not keep moving on.
I must stop to rest,
And that is where darkness waits,
And then it will be too late.
Through the mud and grime,
I struggle through time.
A tear glides down my cheek,
Forever lost.

As much as I wish to stay with you,
Life is pulling me down.
I can not go on forever,
And you will have to go one without me.

Live for me!
